General regulations of warranty policy

Warranty: All doors and windows are installed in the market under EBM brand

♦ Aluska aluminium doors and windows
♦ High-end Ponzio aluminium doors and windows
♦ uPVC doors and windows

Warranty period

♦ Warranty for the paint color: 10 years.
♦ Warranty for door and window frame, aluminium profile: 10 years.
♦ Warranty for accessories: 3 years
♦ Routine maintenance: every 6 months.

Conditions for warranty

– Doors and windows are still in warranty period.
– EBM’s aluminium doors and windows are used in normal environmental conditions.
– Doors and windows are damaged during the time of being used due to manufacturer’s technical errors and installation.

The warranty service for aluminium doors and windows is not allowed in the following cases:

♦ Customers arbitrarily disassemble and repair doors and windows before EBM’s technical staff implements warranty without EBM’s agreement
♦ Doors and windows are used in the wrong function and regulations.
♦ Doors and windows are damaged by natural disaster, fire.
♦ Other causes without the fault of the manufacturer.

Regulations for warranty

1. Receive request for warranty
Time: Weekdays

♦ Monday to Friday: 08am – 05pm
♦ Saturday morning: 08am – 12am

2. Check the problems
Warranty team will contact customers for information and pictures of defective products, then preliminarily check the problem.

3. Warranty
After consideration, the EBM’s warranty team will make an appointment with to check and identify what the problem is. After that, our team will implement maintenance of doors and windows in accordance with the company’s regulations.

Warranty period: from 1 to 2 days after receiving request from the customer.
